OMGwhat!

Privacy policy

OMGwhat is operated by Planwab Private Limited. Updated 10 October 2026. This policy covers the OMGwhat website and Android app (package com.livewab.app).

Information we use

When you continue with Google, Firebase Authentication provides your Google account identifier, name and verified email. We use them to create and secure your OMGwhat account. We do not receive your Google password.

We store the profile, saved products, shopping bag and order details you submit. Seller setup may include your shop name, retailer name, city, business phone, shop address, logo, product photos, videos and product details. Seller uploads are reviewed before public display. We store product/seller reports and blocked-seller preferences to moderate content. Approved product listings are publicly visible to visitors. Do not upload private, unlawful or third-party content without permission.

Our hosting and authentication providers process technical request information, such as IP address, browser/device information and security logs, to deliver and protect the service. We do not enable Firebase Analytics or advertising tracking in this version.

Why and where we process data

We use data to provide Google sign-in, saved finds, orders, shop features, uploads, support and security. Firebase/Google provides authentication; OpenAI Sites and its Cloudflare infrastructure host the service and store records and media. These providers may process data outside your country. We do not sell personal data or use it for targeted advertising.

Listings and payments

Products, prices, media, descriptions and stock are provided by sellers. Listings are reviewed before appearing publicly; their countdown begins on first approval. View counts reflect recorded signed-in views and are not concurrent viewer counts. Payments are processed by Razorpay. At checkout we collect delivery name, Indian mobile number, address, city, state and PIN code, and share the delivery details with the retailer and platform administrators for fulfilment. Name, email, contact, amount and order description may be sent to Razorpay. Payment details are entered directly into Razorpay; OMGwhat does not receive card numbers, CVV, bank passwords or UPI PINs. We store order/payment identifiers, amounts, verification status, delivery details and refund information. Only captured, verified payments confirm orders. Sandbox records remain excluded from real revenue. Seller payouts are managed separately by the platform. See Razorpay’s privacy policy and purchase information.

Retention and deletion

Account data remains until you delete your account or request deletion. Use Profile → Delete account, or the account deletion page, to confirm with Google and delete the OMGwhat account, profile, saved finds, shopping bag, digital shop and owned uploads. Open payments or deliveries must first be resolved through support. Minimal financial transaction records may be retained for accounting, refunds, disputes and required compliance; after deletion, retained completed orders have their delivery address and customer email removed, and use a non-readable account hash. This does not delete your Google account. A one-hour, non-readable account identifier hash temporarily prevents old sign-in tokens from recreating a deleted account; expired hashes are removed during subsequent account deletions. Cached media may persist for up to 24 hours. Providers may retain security logs and backup copies under their own retention policies.

If you cannot sign in, send an account-deletion request from your account email to prashant@planwab.com. Support verifies ownership and processes requests within 30 days. We may retain information when law requires it or to address abuse, disputes or security incidents, and will explain any applicable exception.

Your choices

You may browse without signing in, sign out, correct your shop/profile details, or delete your OMGwhat account. Google manages your Google account and its permissions. HTTPS encrypts data in transit, and protected server endpoints validate your sign-in.

Children and contact

OMGwhat is intended for adults and is not directed at children. For privacy, correction, deletion or content concerns, contact prashant@planwab.com. Changes to this policy will appear here with an updated date.
